Country List Scope
This course starts with globe location practice. The first trainer uses World Atlas TopoJSON, a browser-friendly redistribution of Natural Earth country boundary data.
Natural Earth is excellent for map shapes, but it is not the same thing as a classroom list of sovereign states. It includes some territories and disputed areas, and tiny countries can be hard to click on a globe.
Later lessons should add a practice list that reconciles the map data with the United Nations Member States list, plus a special microstate round.
